I know what it is to be in need and what it is to have more than enough. I have learned this secret, so that anywhere, at any time, I am content, whether I am full or hungry, whether I have too much or too little.
Philippians 4:12
Meet Lorraine
I started my journey at CNM and moved on to UNM for a major in psychology and then to Grand Canyon University to earn my MS in counseling. All the glory goes to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Hi, my name is Lorraine Chavez, and I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) as well as a substance abuse counselor LSAA. God has given me the gift of caring and reaching out to people. God has blessed me with a large family whom I love, respect, and adore. I have gone through tough times and great times in my life and God has never left my side, He makes me content through cancer as well as getting through school, family, and life and still being able to come and serve all of your beautiful people and to tell you about Jesus Christ and his Love for the hurting.
God brought me to CCP, and I have met so many hurting people we laugh and cry together but the most important thing is that we never forget to pray with each other.
I work with, but not limited to, children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, and couples dealing with depression, anxiety, sand tray therapy, life transitions, life transitions, PTSD, OCD, DBT, and women's issues.
