There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life sets us free from the law of sin and death.
Jesus, a man of sorrow, saved us through His Holy Spirit's power, redeemed us, and restored us in His image. Through His healing, He desires to recreate our characters.
I hold a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Professional Counseling. With over 25 years of experience, they specialize in working with children, domestic violence victims, and trauma victims. I use an eclectic therapy approach, incorporating integrative interventions for physical, mental, and spiritual health, including Nutritional and Integrative Medicine, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment-Focused EMDR, and Somatic experience techniques.
My area of expertise are Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) trained in EMDR and EMDRIA, specializing in depression, anxiety, codependency, divorce, single parenting, PTSD, abortion recovery, and marriage counseling using the Developmental Model of Couple's Therapy.
EMDR therapy aids in healing from trauma by resolving unprocessed traumatic memories, a method that has been extensively researched and is recommended for trauma treatment due to its ability to restore the brain's natural recovery process.

Life's journey is filled with difficult times and seasons. We are not designed to go alone. The difficulties can be lighter when we share the burdens, and the joys are more joyful and sweet. I would be honored to walk beside you while we explore recovery together.
I have worked with, but not limited to, adults and couples with depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, personality disorders, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
