"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." 2 Timothy 1:7
Meet Lana
So many of life's obstacles can be crippling and bring us to our knees. Throughout the darkest moments of my own life, my one refuge has been turning to the safety and comfort of Christ. I am passionate about helping others navigate through their own troubles, confronting their fears, and supporting them in their time of need.
Following my graduation from the University of New Mexico with a double major in Psychology and Criminology I went on to receive a Master’s in Professional Counseling with an emphasis in childhood and adolescent disorders from Grand Canyon University.
As a current LMHC I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, addiction, grief, trauma, work-related issues, school issues, and life changes. I use an integrative approach that involves the use of multiple modalities tailored to the unique needs of the client. Creating a collaborative therapeutic relationship with my clients where I can connect with each individual in a meaningful way is what I most strive for. I empower my clients by emphasizing their personal strengths as we work together to accomplish the client's goals.
