But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore, I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me”.
2 Corinthians 12:9 (NIV)
I was once lost and now I’m found. I have had many trials in life and with God's love, I have made it through. I understand life’s difficulties firsthand from grief to trauma. As Christians, we are to be imitators of God and have compassion for one another.
Try putting yourself in someone else’s shoes. From Scripture, we see the great empathy Jesus showed for the sick, the blind, the deaf, and more. Throughout Scripture, we are taught to humble ourselves and look at the interests of others, so I choose to do counseling. “Nobody cares how much you know until they know how much you care.” Theodore Roosevelt”.
