Meet Emma

Emma Bragg is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families find healing, hope, and deeper connection. She believes that every person has inherent worth and that meaningful change can occur when people feel seen, understood, and supported. Emma integrates evidence-based therapeutic approaches with a compassionate, faith-sensitive perspective, honoring each client's unique beliefs, values, and life experiences.

Emma works with individuals facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, stress, and questions of identity and purpose. She provides a warm, supportive space where clients can process difficult experiences, gain insight into patterns that may be holding them back, and develop practical tools for growth and resilience. For clients who desire it, Emma thoughtfully incorporates Christian principles into the therapeutic process, recognizing that faith can be a powerful source of healing, strength, and meaning.
